We want you to be sure. If you change your mind for any reason, you can request a full refund of your NACMC ticket within 60 days of your order date.

After 60 days

After the 60-day window, tickets are non-refundable, but if you can no longer attend we'll do our best to transfer your seat to someone on the waitlist.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at chris@notanotherchurchmarketingconference.com with your order details and we'll help you through it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after processing.

Event cancellation

If we cancel the event outright, we'll refund your ticket in full. If we materially change the date, venue, or format in a way that affects your ability to attend, you may request a full refund even outside the 60-day window.
